2. What personal data we collect

Contact form: When you submit the form, we process your name and phone number (required), and your email address and message (optional). We use this only to respond to your enquiry.

Website statistics (only with consent): If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to collect aggregated, anonymised statistics about how the site is used (e.g. pages visited, approximate region, device type). Analytics is not loaded and no data is sent until you actively consent.

3. Purpose and legal basis

  • Responding to enquiries – legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a possible agreement, and our legitimate interest in answering you (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
  • Statistics – legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookies" link in the footer.

The site stores a small technical value in your browser to remember your cookie choice (this is strictly necessary and requires no consent). Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only set after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Cookies" link in the footer.

5. Data processors and third parties

To operate the website we use the following services, which may process personal data on our behalf:

  • GitHub Pages (hosting) – processes technical data such as IP address when pages are requested.
  • FormSubmit – forwards contact-form submissions to our inbox.
  • Google Analytics – website statistics, only after consent.
  • Google Fonts – the site currently loads fonts from Google's servers, which involves your IP address being sent to Google.

6. Storage period

Enquiries that do not lead to a customer relationship are normally deleted within 12 months of the last contact. Data that forms part of a customer relationship, or that must be retained due to legal requirements, is processed and stored for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose. Statistics data is retained according to Google Analytics' settings.

7. Transfer outside the EEA

Some providers (Google, GitHub) may process data outside the EEA, including in the USA. Such transfers are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

8. Your rights
